Inlays are used to fill holes caused by removing caries. Unlike soft composite fillings (plastic fillings), which are hardened in the tooth, these are made of solid materials such as ceramic or gold. The tooth-coloured all-ceramic inlays are custom-made for you at one of our regional partner dental laboratories. A dental technician reproduces the tooth surface so precisely that the restored tooth can no longer be distinguished from the natural teeth by a layperson. All-ceramics are biocompatible and thus particularly endurable. If the surrounding tooth remains healthy, ceramic inlays will last for decades.
